Scott and Hilary Dalton have a passion to bring God's healing, deliverance and restoration to the body of Christ. As a result, God led them to found Rivers of Grace Ministries in 2001. They have ministered in various churches in Canada, India, Kuwait, England, Wales and Scotland.

Scott attended Tyndale Theological Seminary for 4 years and together they pastored for several years, in various contexts. Hilary is a qualified teacher and brings this valuable experience to their ministry. They have been part of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship for the past 12 years. Here they have led revival meetings, outreach meetings, prison meetings, healing weekends, and intercession. As well they've served on the ministry team and prophetic team.

The Lord has taken them through a journey of healing and restoration both in their individual lives and in their marriage. Their heart is to see others released into the fullness of their identity and destiny in Christ and to equip them to give away God's healing love.
